this is called Botok..it is a grilled mixture of fish,prawn and coconut..almost similar to our otak2 but a bit salty to my taste.

kek lapis serawak. forget about sugar level! i had tasted almost all the flavours...
we bought 6 each kek lapis from this shop... we also had a tour at the back kitchen to see how this cake lapis was made.
